Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. It is a 30-minute acquaintance lesson: we talk, test the format and decide whether the lessons fit your goal.
Will I speak from the first lesson?
Yes. Even the trial lesson includes real speaking tasks, not only discussion about plans and levels.
What if I make many mistakes?
That is normal. Mistakes show what needs correction. The goal is to speak, fix the weak points and continue speaking.
Are lessons personalised?
Yes. Topics, vocabulary, grammar and practice tasks can be built around your interests and needs.
How does speaking practice work?
You answer questions, continue stories, build mini-dialogues and use new phrases immediately.
Is grammar explained simply?
Yes. Grammar is broken into clear patterns and then trained through speaking tasks.
Are tasks gamified?
Yes. We use choices, cards, debates, roles and small challenges so practice does not feel dead.
How do we train vocabulary usage?

How long is one lesson?
Students up to 12 years old study for 40 minutes to keep the lesson easy to handle. Students aged 13+ study for 50 minutes.
What levels do you work with?
I specifically help beginners from A0 grow toward a confident B1 level: basic survival English first, then stable speaking, grammar and vocabulary usage.
How do I book a lesson?
Press Start or Book, message me in Telegram, and we choose a time for the first trial lesson.

Clear terms before you start
The essential information about ordering lessons, payments, cancellations and personal data is collected here.
Service and ordering
English lessons are provided online through Telegram. Registration, available lesson times and booking confirmations are handled by the Bohdan Tutor bot. A trial lesson lasts 30 minutes; regular lessons last 40 minutes for students under 13 and 50 minutes for students aged 13 or older.
Payment and delivery
Payments are accepted in UAH for lesson packs selected in the Telegram bot. Card payment is completed on Monobank's secure page. The lesson balance is updated only after the bank confirms a successful payment. Bohdan Tutor never receives or stores full card details.
Cancellation and refunds
Booking and rescheduling conditions are shown in the Telegram bot before confirmation. To request a refund for unused prepaid lessons, contact the tutor before those lessons are delivered. Conducted lessons are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may apply.
Privacy
The service stores only the information needed to organise learning: Telegram account identifiers, registration details, timezone, schedule, learning progress and payment status. Card details are processed by Monobank. Personal data is not sold, and an account can be deleted through the bot.
